LONG KAGOULE PARKA_CHAPTER 1 GLASS POPLIN DOUBLE FACE PRINT: Long ‘Kagoule’ Parka in a cotton poplin, piece dyed with corrodible dyes. Its inner face is then printed with the Stone Island Shadow Project seasonal all-over motif with three separate techniques: pigment, lacquer and corrosion printing. The corrosion print is clearly visible on the outside while the pigment and lacquer prints look muted outside and clearly appreciable inside. The outer face is bonded to a glossy transparent windproof polyurethane cover. The finished piece is then washed to untie the look of the garment.
